[Section 9.2.6] of the Loan Agreement is amended by # deleting the “and” at the end of clause (f) thereof # replacing the “.” at the end of clause (g) with “; and” and # adding a new [clause (h)] to read in its entirety as follows:

Amendment to [Section 5.01]. [Section 5.01] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by # deleting “and” at the end of clause (e) thereof, # deleting “.” at the end of clause (f) and replacing it with “; and” and # adding a new clause (g) to read as follows:

Section # Amendment to [Section 7.5] of the Credit Agreement. [Section 7.5] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by # deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (h) therein; # renumbering clause (h) to be clause (i) and amending such clause by deleting the phrase “[Sections 7.5(a) through (g)]” and replacing it with the phrase “[Sections 7.5(a) through (h)]”; and # adding new clause (h) to immediately follow [Section 7.5(f)] therein to read as follows:

Amendment to [Section 7.2.6] of the Credit Agreement. [Section 7.2.6] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to # delete the word "and" appearing at the end of clause (ii)(h) therein, # delete the "." contained at the end of clause (iii) therein and replace the same with "; and" and # add a new clause (iv) as follows:

[Section 7.5] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by # deleting the “and” appearing at the end of [Section 7.5(k), (ii)])] replacing the “.” appearing at the end of [Section 7.5(l)] with “; and” and # inserting the following new [Section 7.5(m)] immediately after [Section 7.5(l)]:

[Section 9.2(c)] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by # deleting the “or” at the end of clause (iii) therein and replacing it with a comma, # replacing the period at the end of clause (iv) therein with “, and”, and # inserting a new clause (v) therein to provide as follows:
